Do I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes — if you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a refund depending on when you cancel before your stay. According to our policy:

  • More than 1 month before check-in: full refund
  • More than 15 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • More than 1 week before check-in: 25% refund
